Today we launched an updated reporting tool for our users. This new reporting system will allow for a host of new capabilities and will also allow us to generate additional reports much more quickly.
On top of that, they also look and print much nicer and are available in a handful of formats.
To access the reporting section, navigate to your Dashboard and click the “View Reports” link on the right.
Choose a report from the drop down menu and optionally set any filters. The tool will default to the past 3 months of data.
We are currently offering the following reports:
- Invoices By Client (Monthly)
- Invoices By Matter (Monthly)
- Matters Summary Report (Client)
- Expenses (Monthly)
- TimeKeeper Report
- Billing By Timekeeper (Monthly)
- Billing By Timekeeper (Week)
To print or export these new reports, run the report then click on the disk icon in the report toolbar:
Choose your export format or choose PDF to print:
We currently support the following filetypes:
- XML
- CSV
- MHTML
- Excel Spreadsheet
- TIFF Image File
- Word Doc
